You’re welcome to download them for personal, academic, or creative use—but you may not resell, redistribute, or claim them as your own. You can train a model, make a chart, write a play about them, or build a robot that recites them—but please don’t upload our files elsewhere or sell them on your own storefront.

2. No Refunds
Since our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. We can’t un-send a file, and we can’t put data back in the box. Please read the descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. Intellectual Property
Dataset Cat and all related artwork, logos, and language (yes, even the cat’s sarcastic tone) are our intellectual property. Please don’t use them in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement unless you have written permission.

4. Liability (or Lack Thereof)
We make our datasets for fun, inspiration, and creative tinkering. We don’t guarantee factual accuracy, fitness for any specific purpose, or that your computer won’t get confused by how charming our cat is. Use at your own risk.

Don’t do anything shady, spammy, or harmful while on our site. If you do, we may restrict your access or block you—no hissing necessary.
